U.S. Bank Branch

Worst customer Service ever. I called for my dad card because we didnt get them in mail but she was super rude. I ask her for name but she hang up on me. Looking at all this comments about that Hispanic and Indian looking woman, I know she is the who talk to me rudely when I went there with my mom. Someone need to fire her. Its sad to see still all the Nepali communities who are dealing with this issue have this bank. I recommend people to go different bank.

One ladies look like Spanish or Asian she talk to rude with costumer she dont know how to deal with costumer very bad experience I suggest people to dont go on that us banks branch

I don't even know where to begin, this is THE WORST US Bank branch I have ever been to in the 10 plus years I have been banking with them. If I could give them a zero star rating I would. The entire staff is extremely rude and will turn you away over the slightest things. No body here seems to care about helping customers, at least not without an attitude. The entire staff needs to be replaced and I will be submitting a formal complaint with US Bank about this branch. Whoever the owner is please don't bother responding to this review because I DON'T CARE. I wish the ABSOLUTE WORST on everyone that works here.

I went to this branch many times but there is a one woman staff she look like Hispanic or something she is very rude to customers and I dont want to go this bank anymore because of her bad attitude, rudeness and bad management I would be happy if she is fired from her place

I dont know how the rating here has 1 stars for the same person yet still works there as a manager. You respond like you care about the customer that goes there, yet the Tiffney still has the same attitude and behavior over the years. You guys are doing absolutely nothing to change this. Never going to the place again.
