Amazing service. I believe the person who helped me was Rachel (1/10/24 at 3:50pm). I don't have an account there, but they were still able to help me cash out my savings bonds. Thought they closed at 5pm, but really was at 4. She stayed late to make sure everything was good. 100% great customer service.

Nice bank. Clean lobby and friendly staff. Can't ask for much more! They have later hours on Friday to accommodate the average 9-5, as well as open Saturday mornings.

I got an small loan through peoples bank and the experience has been nothing but awful. Between the horrible customer service, the closed offices (other banks let you in to do business) and horrible online interface I wouldnt recommend doing business.
I also found that their rates are worse than offerings from other banks and they like to add fees.
