Man on the phone was very rude and argumentative when I called asking about a tour. He insisted I verbally agree to a 2 year lease and when I mentioned maybe I would still be interested after seeing the place, very reasonable, he declined to even give me a tour LOL. After looking at the rest of these reviews I dodged the biggest apartment bullet in Ohio 100%. If that's how they treat potential customers I wouldn't live here rent free..

Management is horrible, if I could get out of lease with my deposit I would. They don't even put salt down where people need to dump their trash.

Make sure you look at everything before you make your deposit. When you make your deposit you wont get it back if you decide you no longer want the unit. The deposit is due before they even agree to letting you rent out a unit. They also switched my unit around 2 times after I initially agreed to one unit. I also got charged over 6k extra after making a $3500 deposit for me to even move in. Save yourself and look else where!

I genuinely like my apartment, honestly do! Its spacious, doesnt look outdated, and the location is solid! I make a right theres a bunch of stores I can get to/head downtown. I make a left and there is a nice driving range and bunch of restaurants off of Steels Corner. !!!!MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT AND PROBABLY THE REASON I WONT BE RESIGNING HERE!!!! Is their internet speed. In a time when many people work from home and primarily stream a lot of stuff the complex only offers 25 MBPS, if you know internet then you know this is not a great speed. Its not a lot of speed and multiple neighbors have complained about it but felt like they really dont have an option. That is false. I spoke to an ATT technician that happened to be installing internet for a new neighbor and mentioned for some reason this Creekside East apartments still have old copper wire and the fiber optics cables arent being ran to these apartments. He told me that every other apartment complex on this road has ATT Fiber. All our property owner needs to do is get the same company that currently offers internet here to upgrade their speed so his insurance or doesnt get voided or whatever he mentioned which I gotta be honest didnt quite make sense. It does make sense if its another company trying to get wired in here like Spectrum internet. But its the same company so I cant see how an upgrade from the same company will void his insurance by the same company. Hopefully this gains enough traction for current residents to say hey can you please upgrade the internet speed here. Other than that love this place; no crimes, maintenance is typically responsive, pretty clean, and responsible dog owners.

Unprofessional management. Very decieving. Customer service is terrible. Just look at the reviews. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.
