See my review from 4 years ago below. I rated them 5 stars then. I wont be using them or recommending them in the future. Randy is a good worker, hes sharing his work load with Shaun or maybe trying to step away from the business. Shaun is not the same caliber. He left my sink half complete, never scheduled a return visit, only came back after complaining and made a bunch of excuses for the half done work which leaked into my basement. Im only leaving 2 stars instead of one because if you get lucky enough to get randy you will be very satisfied. Request him instead of Shaun if you can have to use these guys Old review: Randy and his crew came over within an hour on a weekend. All my pipes were clogged in the main drain. Within 30 minutes they were cleared. He was friendly and reasonably priced. I found it really respectable that he taught me a few tips to avoid clogs in the future as well. Stand up guy, would recommend him above all others in the area.
