I called in the opening minutes of this business day and described my problem. I was then told that a repairman would be at my residence after I got home from work. My AC unit was quickly diagnosed and repaired, while they were here I had them service the furnace. Both employees were polite and effective communicators. I will be contacting this company for all my routine HVAC maintenance in the future. Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

I had hired another contractor that bailed on me mid job and had contacted A C heating & air, llc on the first appointment no one showed up at the time of the appointment and I had to call and remind him of the appointment he came and looked over what I had going on and said he was sorry on behalf of honest contractors said he would send out his crew to take measurements for a detailed estimate weeks went by with no word from them I again had to call to remind them I existed and they apologized and said they were So busy a few days later the crew finally showed up took about a half hour to measure and plan to give credit where its due the crew was friendly when I received the estimate it was to the tune of $17000 and in his professional opinion I should dispose of the brand new furnace thats never been used in favor of buying another one from him I honestly think that they dont care about my job and its an inconvenience so they gave me an asinine estimate to make me go away I cant really speak for the quality of this companys work but Ive been screwed bo one contractor and this one seems happy to jump on the bandwagon so do with this information what you will Edit: after posting this review tony from A.C Heating left me a voicemail calling my review cowardly. when i called him back he offered nothing but the same old line that hes been doing this for 30 years and his company doesnt fix other contractors problems and could only offer a completely new furnace and refused to even acknowledge the situation Im in or the money Ive spent on new equipment he believes needs thrown away I would avoid this business
