I was excited to shop here after seeing the commercials. I recently had a child and my clothes don't really fit anymore, I've been buying comfortable clothes from amazon online that aren't exactly stylish. I saw the full length dressing rooms and thought I could bring my child and find clothes that actually fit! I was ignored for 15 minutes. Then someone quickly asked "are you doing ok" while walking away and not really helping, until my kid picked a small wooden tray off of the table, I was told to make sure we keep that on the table. Ok, maybe if someone would help me, he wouldn't have gotten bored and picked something up. So I asked the gentleman if someone could help me and he found someone else to help me. She tried to show me how to scan the codes on the items to see if they had my sizes or other colors, but my phone ($1500 phone) wouldn't scan them correctly. So she looked on her tablet. There is no way to filter by color (I was looking for a specific color) so she had to scan several items and she finally figured out they don't have anything I need. Luckily, I was able to find 3 outfits somewhere else and happily spent $700 on clothes that fit post baby. It took me less time to find those than I wasted in this store. I'm not sure how you can have a clothing store and not be able to search by color. I couldn't search by color online before I went there either. Every clothing store has that filter. Also, this not the kind of place to go if you need help. I was pretty disappointed with my experience there.
