The lady at the front desk was not very pleasant . Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but me and my fiance went to get married. And there was a misunderstanding of how many people could be there and the front desk lady was just rude about it. She even rolled her eyes.

I've attended two weddings here an both times we had great service. It was a friendly environment an the staff was the best. They was very very kid friendly. Definitely going to have my wedding here soon an would also definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a quick sign and go wedding, the whole thing probably took like 5 mins at most. It was short, sweet, and to the point and honestly it took more time looking for which floor this place is on than it took to get married

2 stars because we got the quick sign and go experience we wanted. When we arrived there was no one in the office, then we had to wait about 10 minutes to get started. I was willing to look past the unprofessional behavior until she told us that we couldnt take the part of the form that goes to the courthouse. We told her that we wanted to take it to the court ourselves but she said that we could not and it was their decision. This was not what the probate court told us. We took off work to get this done in a day because the hours we work do not coincide with the courthouse hours. We werent even told how we would receive the copies. By mail I guess? We paid $45 for you to say a few words and fill out paperwork. You didnt even explain why we couldnt take it considering its OUR paperwork. I wish I would have went with my initial choice that was twice what this place charges and I could have taken the paper to the courthouse immediately after and had my copies in hand right now. Why offer this quick service if you wont even let people complete the process afterwards? Anyway, I wanted to leave this review in case anyone that has an important timeline is looking to use this place.
