Professional, both in demeanor and skill. Talked easily through the appointment, making it comfortable, and she did a great job, comparatively to the many esteticians I have tried in the area. Prices normal (not high end salon prices, but reasonable for her skill level).

I had my first wax with Gia and it was a great experience. I was extremely nervous and she made me feel comfortable the entire time, even before I got there when I texted her about questions I had! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!!

I just got my first wax from Gia. I have been EVERYWHERE with a decent review in the Westerville/Polaris area and had finally settled on making the trek to Upper Arlington because I couldnt find a good local spot for a Brazilian wax. I really liked my previous waxer but I was always left me with poky hairs and new growth the next day. I thought it was just me. Its not! Gia was so thorough and everything was clean, quick and nearly painless. Im amazed and left with my next appointment already booked. 2 days later and everything is still completely smooth. She went above and beyond to get every last hair.

I have sensitive skin that would tear with my previous waxer. She would just leave the sensitive area alone and unwaxed. I thought it was just going to have to be like that every time so I let Gia know, but she was able to wax/pluck the area without having to leave hair and she didnt tear my skin. Gia is quick, precise, professional, and makes great conversation so you feel comfortable. 4 days later and my bikini area is still smooth with no new growth!

This was my first time getting waxed. I was expecting myself to feel awkward but Gia was so professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable! Shes such a great conversationalist and it helped me feel at ease throughout the appointment. She was fast but efficient in what she does which I appreciated. Its been 2 weeks and Im amazed at how my wax is turning out. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back
