I've had really good experiences with the nurses here most times so I'm surprised by some of the low reviews. They listen to you and are understanding and kind. Scheduling and check-in usually goes smoothly as well, with very little wait time. I've found the pharmacists to be personable and efficient too.

Corporate greed manifested as a physical clinic. Nothing wrong with the people who work here but this minute clinic is poorly planned out, the waiting area is a disaster, there is no one to check you in. It feels like an illegal back alley clinic when they have you waiting in the little hallway in the back. They didnt tell me my insurance was out of network when I made an appointment (which is weird because CVS pharmacy is in network but not the minute clinic). Surely the fall of our society is near and CVS (and other corporations that have monetized healthcare into the ground) will be at least partly to blame.

Updated: Was lied to that my insurance didn't cover my visit when I knew it did. They actually never sent a claim to my insurance, trying to get me to pay over a hundred dollars for something that is covered for me. Told by my insurance, in my unlucky case, that they needed the clinic to call them to authorize the claim filing. Clinic I visited couldn't do anything. Call and support center only take inbound calls and cannot call my insurance. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has to pay over a hundred dollars for something that my insurance should have been able to help. And for a cough suppressant that was prescribed after they told me they didn't know what was wrong. On top of all that, the cough suppressants didn't work at all for me. So joy.

Just go to urgent care! Its cheaper & youll get better service. Quick appointment but I felt like the nurse practitioner working was annoyed I was there. Diagnosed with an ear infection & was given 6 days worth of an antibiotic. After finishing the antibiotics, I still had an ear infection. I called & asked if they would refill my antibiotic script. (For reference, I am a poor college student with no health insurance. I couldnt afford another visit) They told me that the antibiotics shouldve worked & that I just need to take ibuprofen. The NP literally told me good luck. I am sitting at an urgent care as I am typing this, where I paid exceptionally less, was treated better, and diagnosed with an ear & sinus infection. Dont waste your time or money!
