The lady with short blonde hair is very disrespectful and I felt racially discriminated and profiling with her . This not a safe environment for minorities. I will always boycott this establishment.

Im suspicious by nature having once read Never trust a bargain from a merchant. That being said I had one of the best customer service experiences from the time my foot entered the Olentangy River Rd. store. I was working from memory of a product I saw favorably reviewed on the Vitamin Shoppes website and I was quickly shown where the different products that are similar to it were. Quite frankly when the website said there was only one left, I thought Its really just a tactic to get you into the store and its really out of stock. Yes, I am suspicious! In a very polite/low key manner as soon as I walked in, , I was asked what I was looking for and I was taken to an area where products were displayed which had the same ingredients, but only in pill form. I explained that I was looking for a 30 scoop container of the same contents and was walked immediately to the back corner where the helpful gentleman picked it off the shelf after showing me similar options. I was also signed up for a $5.00 discount. This Modern Mushrooms supplement made a tasty beverage. Its cloudy and gloomy today, yet my mood has been elevated such that I am very happy with the product which provided me the lift and focus I was looking for.
