The owner of this car dealership is very fair and honest. Bought a beautiful BMW. After having it a few days I had some problems with the vehicle. The owner made the situation right, quickly and without me even having to ask. Even with an AS IS purchase agreement. This is definitely the kind of dealership who goes above and beyond the call of duty to give their customers 100% complete satisfaction. Very fair and decent people. I highly recomend this dealership.

First thing is I hope they didnt actually sell the 2007 Saturn Vue or if they did the buyer was informed of the dangerous amount of rust that is on the undercarriage. (pictures provided) My wife and I contacted this company from a listing on Facebook market. It was for a 2007 Saturn Vue V6. They were very responsive with questions and even sent pictures when asked. the pictures were a bit blurry but not everyone has a high end camera phone. although I do wish companies spent more time showing all aspects of an item for sale. Anyways we decided to go check out the suv and test drive it. you could see some signs or rust from the pictures but the Vue was 16 years old. The issue is that they skipped showing some of the more important and significant rust. When we arrived I checked under the car and my wife looked inside. The inside was beautiful, clean with no damage to the leather. the outside had a few small rust spots on the back hatch and a cracked windshield. the issue was what I noticed under the car. The drive shaft was rusted all the way down, the jack points rusted, the fuel lines had pealing metal from the rust. But the most significant rust was where the subframe mounted underneath was completely rusted away and one side and almost completely on the other. So basically the engine was only being supported in the rear and when you start the vehicle the engine dropped down because there is no support in the front. I let Ike? Aik? know about this and showed him this damage and he didn't really show any issue with this and said they didn't notice this when they bought it from the auction and that if they were to fix anything they would have to increase the price from $4500. I feel like this should have been noticed as its in the front of the car the second you look under it. I am not upset, because i should have asked for more pictures and videos. But this tells me AG doesn't do a good job of inspecting their cars or they just dont care.
