        They NEVER answer the phone regardless of what option you choose and NEVER return calls left by voice mail. I've been a patient for years, they were good when Dr. Lowe was there but downhill since he left. If you have an emergency forget about getting a response.

        Would give zero stars if possible. Agree with the review that says they never answer the phone and never call you back. I called then July 15 to try to make an appointment and have yet to get a call back. So much for the "we'll return your call in 1 business day." Fortunately the office in Hilliard is staffed with humans and I was able to talk to someone about my symptoms and schedule an appointment the first time I called.

        Good on the procedure itself but the follow up and getting the flma/return to work paperwork filled out was terrible. 5 days and counting still cant get it done. Loosing alot of $ due to the delay !!
