Very unfortunate I have to write a poor review. Dr Lowe started out great but his office staff is rude and incompetent. Ive been with Dr Lowe for few years as a self pay and now he has some new staff that doesnt have a clue on my care protocol. One of my prescriptions had an issue, and after several unreturned calls from the pharmacy to office, I got involved. The script was reordered incorrectly. The med was changed and so was the dose. After multiple calls and emails to get this fixed and to try and schedule a follow up appointment, (which was another issue from front office after multiple attempts), Joy RN said I needed to correct it by calling the pharmacy and said to me that she was doing me a favor. I cant change medication names and doses. After going back forth I requested Mgr involvement. Same thing happened with Audrey clinic nurse mgr after explaining meds and protocol to her she became unprofessional and said that since my insurance isnt accepted there that I go elsewhere! This isnt her call as Ive been a self-payer for years with Dr Lowe. She didnt understand the medication change in their end and blamed me stating it was an insurance issue. It was not. She then caused problems to have me removed from the practice because she didnt like being educated on how things have been for past few years. Dr Lowe never reached out to follow up on my care or to find out what the issue was. You dont treat patients like this. Its unethical what Audrey did. This could have been resolved easily but Audrey didnt want to hear it and wasnt willing to do her job. So now I am the one who has to find another dr for my care. I could have gone elsewhere longtime ago but didnt and kept paying out of pocket. I am now filing complaints with Ohio Health and the Ohio nursing board!

Dr. Lowe excellent Dr. Very professional and is a genuine person. He listens very well to the condition and the problem of his patients and he works with you in the best possible way, he explains to you how he is going to carry out the treatment in the best possible way to help solve your health problem. excellent health service
