        Went here last night and was welcomed very nicely by the receptionist and medical assists. Thought we had finally found a decent urgent care. After meeting with the provider I came to find I was very wrong. Was concerned about dizziness and confusion, frequent urination and a burning sensation. Dr Kim acted as if my boyfriend and I were delusional. Was extremely condescending and kept asking what do you expect out of this visit How about a little guidance or care? Sent us away and told us maybe go to the ED, we cant do anything sorry I understand the urgent care can only do so much but there clearly was a lack or regard or care. Will never be returning.

        I was a walk in and front desk was incredibly kind. Dr.Kim was extremely sweet and very caring ! Ive been going to many doctors about my issues and she is the first to really listen to me and referred me to the right place and I finally found out what was wrong with me I am so incredibly greatful to her and the team at this urgent care! You really saved my life. Thank you all for the wonderful assistance!
