Ordered firewood for the season. Id say a good half was wet!! The bundles I got from Kroger burn better than this stuff. After I called, they said they would bring out more wood to me. Its been about a month and still havent received it. Never buy wood from here

Firewood is not seasoned, but recently-cut, moisture-filled, and hard to burn - not to mention causes dangerous creosote build-up.

Updated: Improved experience second time around. I ordered half a cord of "seasoned" wood online (paid up front) and immediately received a response stating scheduling was occurring. After 2 weeks of no update, I replied asking for one, or a refund. I did not receive a response, but that afternoon a less-than-enthused guy showed up with a pick up full of wood. Every last piece was soaked through, some of it, clearly still green, and not burnable. 2 weeks later- one response from company was to "give it a week." Another response was that of course it would be replaced and I'm still here with the same wood that still doesn't burn right.
