I highly recommend Compass Travel Agency and owner Jenn Kon. Jen is true professional who have done global travel and uses her own experiences to guide her travel recommendations. I would never embark on any future complex trip without using a travel agent. Jen was extremely polite, patient, accommodating, professional and flexible. She stayed in touch throughout the booking, trip, and follow up. We had a couple tour issues while in Europe and Jen immediately was able to intervene. Following our trip, Jen assisted with a few tour cancellations refunds. As result of Jens efforts we had a fabulous European trip!

Jennifer kon from compass travel was absolutely horrible. literally the worst service I've ever received from a travel agent. took forever to respond & at the end of the day she told me that I should book the flights myself cause it was more convenient for her. I'm assuming that she was only getting the commission from the resort I was booking so she really didn't care about anything else. overall don't waste your money with her.
