Terrible customer service. Took 4-5 calls to finally get an answer. Tried calling back to schedule the tow and no one answered after a half-dozen more calls. Would ring a couple times before getting sent to voicemail. Finally just called a different company and someone answered immediately and set up the tow.

My grandma car was vandalized and I needed it to be towed super quick to the nearest dealership. Man the guy I spoke to was super professional and was super quick to getting to the site and getting my grandma car to the dealership. It was a nice and easy transaction will definitely use again in the future if I am ever need!!! Service: Car towing
