BM Towing

A mechanic friend referred us to to this company when we needed a tow so we used them. Not only did they come in more than any other tow company than we ever used, but they broke a part of the truck in the meantime! So when the shop charged me for the work, I reached out to this company to see what we could work out towards our added cost. The guy kept saying that he didn't "brake it on purpose" & "do you think that I broke it on purpose". I explained that regardless if it was on purpose or not, the damage had been done. The mechanic went on to say that the part that was broken should never have been accessed in the first place & they weren't sure why the driver needed to even do what he did. The driver said he would visit our mechanic & call me . . . which never happened! When I called back, he's still unwilling to take ANY responsibility for his actions & I can see from several reviews that this must just be a common practice. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!
