The worst company I have ever dealt with my entire life. Turns out they screwed up our taxes for SEVEN YEARS. Rita is coming after us because Tonys taxes didnt do our taxes correctly and kept telling us to keep sending rita our W2 and that we are fine. Once we got mail to GO TO COURT Tonys taxes finally realized THEY messed up. Rita is having us back pay all 7 years of taxes of them plus taxes and penalties. Tonys taxes is being a coward saying they are not responsible to pay for the penalties and interest even though this is THEIR FAULT. We will never ever go back or recommend them. Do not go to them. Its really sad to think you can trust a tax company to do their job and then them say its not their fault.

Hey guys! Ive been trying to get a hold of you about our taxes and cant seem to get through. It looks like they were never filed and we did mail them. However my name is also misspelled on the paperwork. Can someone please contact me so I can have all of the paperwork printed out to send to the IRS. My family has used you guys for many years typically with no problems! I am just hoping to have someone contact me to resolve the situation! Thank you! Ive tried calling again and went to the office in hopes of talking to someone. Hope to hear from someone soon?

Services is typically good and quick. Its hard to get a hold of anyone off tax season. I got a letter from the IRS after I paid what I owed saying I owed more. The IRS copy of my tax returns show I owe more than what is on my copy. I have called the office 4 days straight Wednesday-Saturday with no answer.
