British Swim School at Esporta Fitness Columbus - Goodale Blvd

My son was very nervous about swimming lessons, but his instructors (Dixie and Ashton) here worked so hard, were so patient and made each lesson so fun for my son, that by his third lesson he was jumping right in. Love the personal service and communication by every staff member here. It was also easy to get questions answered about the class levels and pricing by talking and texting directly with a real person. Cant recommend this place enough!

Went there for adult lessons and it was an okay experience overall. The pool was clean. I felt like my lessons were unorganized and there was no plan, which was frustrating. My instructor did reveal in passing during one of conversations that the adult lessons did not have a set structure and they leave it up to the adult to dictate what they want to do, which was confusing for me since I was starting from the very basics, so I assumed they would have more guidance. Overall, clarity/communication in the beginning would have been helpful. I did have an issue when I first started where my instructor cut my lesson time short but that never happened again after I called it out. I learned basic things but I feel like a lot of valuable time was wasted and it may not be the best fit if you're hoping for more structured guidance.
