        Very poor customer service for Veterans. Will not answer phone and no one answers emergency number.

        They have taken very good care of me for the last 6 years. When a problem creeps up they are here to correct as soon as practicable. Great outfit overall. If you get oxygen delivery then these are the people to help. Normally same day response, and I'm in Cambridge 90 miles away!
