Awful. I'm literally starving and the benefits line had me on hold for hours just to hang up on me twice. Can't go in person anywhere. Online demanded I make a user name and password just to say after filling out everything that I already have one and I need to use that one. But after filling out everything in the "forgot user name" section it said stolen is invalid. Meanwhile I'm still starving. Literally, I'm going to go stealing later at the shower market because I have to our I'll due. I must get food while I still have the strength and they are no help. Update March 24, 2024. STILL NO BENEFITS! The state of Ohio only technically offers food assistance. But only if you can do a triple back flip balancing a plate on your head on the 5th Tuesday in June where the max temp was 32. Basically, virtually impossible.

Just make sure you have 3-4 hours to spare before you call them. Upload all necessary documents. If you have a interview at a certain time call sooner. Pretty sure not enough workers is why 99% of us are on hold for hours. Really should be accessible online. But it's not. We need to complain to our politicians because this is just awful.
