This office is a joke!! Someone needs to do an investigation into them. They are not here to serve the public. Instead they make it easy for corrupt attorney to get away with scamming the public. Kelli Schmidt is useless as an investigator and needs to be fired. I paid the office of Kia Wrice to represent my brother's case and she gave me the run-around for 3 years. Wrice told me several lies in emails which I submitted to Schmidt along with my complaint. Apparently it isn't unethical to lie to your clients according to Schmidt. This office couldn't even force the attorney to return my hundreds of pages of court documents which I supplied to the attorney to help with my case. These are my files which should be returned by law. Their ratings are in the toilet so I know I'm not alone. Don't even bother thinking they will help you. You are wasting your time.

I filled a grievance over a year ago. I got a letter simply stating I was just unahppy. I sent another letter and again from the same person. I was told that they only go after those who break the code of conduct. I filled another grievance showing them what conduct was broken. I was then told any more grievances or communication would be ignored. I found several sources that showed this person who told me I was unhappy had been accused of ignoring grievances before. I filed a complaint against this person. Knowing they may see it I only provided one source. Three weeks later that source was shut down. Not only are they protecting bad Judges and lawyers there also hiding the truth. Protecting themselves.

OMG!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I received a letter from them, telling me that they were in possession of my attorney's files and had my divorce records, asking me if I would like them. I replied that I would. A few days later, they also sent the same letter to my EX husband! (He had a different attorney and I NEVER lived at that address). Their explanation for that blunder is that they googled my name to find my address. Why wouldnt they have used a legit site, or just reference the file to find my address? I havent moved in nine years. When I did receive the files a few days later, they were incomplete and included two different people's records!! I RECEIVED LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR PEOPLE I DO NOT KNOW! This is the organization overseeing attorney's activities??

This place is horrible when it comes to investigations they say things that you did not say they do not investigate thoroughly all of their investigations need to be reviewed by United States Supreme Court Justice is not equal for all dealing with this office and I am in agreement that they seem like they are in cahoots with the attorneys because they take their side if no recording is allowed in a courtroom by the judge to prove what you are saying is true and they ignore their own laws to appeieze the people we ask them to investigate.
