        Went into Macy's with my sister and one of the ladies was kinda rude about us smelling the fragrances, another lady working at Chanel was incredibly nice to us. She helped us, offered us free samples of the fragrances and was super helpful and apologized about the past lady, wish I wouldve caught her name was wearing red lipstick, a white jacket with a Chanel broach. She was working yesterday when I came in.

        Went into Macy's at Easton today, with my son to get a suit for prom, clueless. When we arrived, we were greeted by Helen Yebio, who was amazing! She listened to my son, found the right fit and the perfect look! She made it so easy! The selection was incredible, the prices were fair, the store was organized and the staff was fantastic! Thank you Helen!

        My sister-in-law needed a formal dress for an upcoming event. We found not just one dress, but 3 dresses! I used to shop at Lazarus growing up because I knew they would have whatever I was shopping for. I got away from shopping there when I moved away from Columbus. But now that I have moved back, Macy's will be seeing me more often.
