Called ahead to inquire about a specific shoe. I wanted to see if they had a pair in stock prior to driving to Easton. I asked if they could set the pair of shoes aside. The girl on the phone asks are you even going to show up? Why would I have asked? 30 min later I arrived in store to try on the shoes. Turns out, the size I had set aside was way too large, so I asked to try on the next size down. Not once did the salesperson come back, I had to walk around the store to keep finding someone because I had to keep sizing down. The whole experience took over 45 minutes because of the slow and inattentive service. my expectations are minimal, but these people couldnt care less. The checkout experience was hellish as well. Major attitude from every single person I encountered in that store. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Wife bought a pair of shoes for me on 214 and they were the wrong size. Try to exchange them on 2/18 and they would only give me half price because the electronic receipt they sent my wife did not show up in her email. They said they do not track email receipts which is a lie. All companies track their sales.
