UPS Customer Center

Poor customer service. Wont go and look for a package. Cant explain where a huge 45 pound package is. No other explanations. Use FedEx. Union workers who dont care.

I work in the Middleburg Heights, Ohio facility. Wish I could give Zero stars. The Columbus loads this facility gives to the Middleburg Heights facility on Fridays is ridiculous and getting a bit dangerous. But I guess safety isn't top priority

My package has been out for delivery for 3 days only to change the status of my package to "being delivered tomorrow" (this change happens around 6pm) I called customer service only for them to tell me that my "package is out for delivery." No way to add a number, so mine is taped on my front door. No way to contact my local facility to hold the package for me to pick up instead. This is ridiculous!

The worst delivery company ever Ive package required signature they let me stop my job twice and wait for delivery guys and they not professional enough to call me or nock the door, they just put the notice on my door and they said I wasnt home and i have to take a taxi to pick it up in my opinion DoorDash delivery more professional and proficiency than UPS
