        Needed some repairs on our ridge vent. Mitch came out and checked the issue and identified a couple other issues that he could knock out while Im up there. And he had pictures, so it didnt feel like upselling, it felt like great customer service. Id recommend these guys to anyone with a roof question.

        Mitch & his crew did an outstanding job. We had them replace our roof. They had ran into a few issues along the way with our older house and the crew corrected the issues quickly and didnt get thrown off schedule. We had our facia & soffits replaced as well and our house looks great. Great job to the crew & Mitch for communicating throughout the process and finishing the job at a good price. Saved money where we could and didnt charge us for things we didnt need. We would recommend them to anyone.

        Robbie Baskent is the best. He kept me informed when he was going to be here and when he was on his way, which was on time. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and the findings answering all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the results.

        I called Mighty Dog after we discovered a small amount of moisture on an exterior corner wall/ceiling following some serious storms that we had. The experience was overall fantastic. I had called at 5PM and was set up for a visit at 8AM the next day. Mitch communicated clearly via text when he was coming. He was personable and professional, took a look and got right to looking for causes. Informed us that our roof was overall in great condition, but found a few minor issues that could have been causing the problem and got right to fixing them via roofing adhesive/caulking. He provided advice for the short term, what to look for, and advice for the long term. He also sent me a few pictures of what he was doing. Happy we didnt have any major issues, happy we called Mighty Dog West, and will be happy to use them in the future if we need to! Thank You!!
