Half of the nursing staff in the health center are rude and uncaring. My relative was left in the bathroom for an hour and a half, medicines were always late, food was delivered at different times and relative not bathed on a regular basis.

Three weeks in assisted living. I never received received a bath or shampoo. Some aides were extremely rude. They scolded me for continually pushing the call light when I had not done so. One resident called repeatedly for help. She died while I was there. My only regret is that I can't give a lower rating. Though my sister had some good nurses, overall the rehab staff, I believe, did more harm than good. Her Doctor, after seeing her on a follow up visit, immediately went to work to get her moved out of that facility. I don't believe the rehab staff has the training that they needed.

This place needs to be shut down. My aunt was here for rehab in a stabilizing leg brace which was not supposed to be moved while they worked to clear an infection. This required her to to need help in getting around and going to the bathroom. The aids the nurses treated her abominably because they didnt want to do their job. They would shame her and make her wait forever to the point she was concerned about accidents!! When she went into have an x-ray with the hospital during her time there, the doctor said We can tell you you havent had great care. The CONCRETE block that we put in your knee is broken and chipped and Ive never seen that before in my career. It is clear that your leg was not being treated with the kind of care that is required for this type of injury. Clearly, the PT staff here doesnt know what they are doing. To push an injury so much that you cause more damage is not understanding how to do your job. On top of the PT staff were the rudest and most negligent in the facility. They would shame and demean my aunt when she was unable to do the therapy they wanted. Never cheered or encouraged her. Do not send your family here, they health and car will spiral the drain!
