I recently sold my house and bought a new one w Harsin Homes. Where to begin? With paranoia. I mean, how often can you trust someone in this business? Nathan and Nathaniel were absolutely transparent and straightforward. I really appreciated that. But I can go on. They are very attuned to the market's little twists and turns. They're also noticeably house-knowledgeable. They have good eyes for trouble spots and helped me notice quality (or lack thereof). Then, would you believe they actually listen to you?! We went from "not sure what we want" to a sometimes contradictory essay in days, but they paid attention and did their best to work w us. We wound up w basically exactly what we wanted. They were also invaluable in helping us sell our former house. It went fast and easy. They were also needed and responsive guides as I slogged through the paperwork ends of things. I really couldn't say enough nice things about working with them.
