Wendy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Within a matter of hours I had my first offer. Over the course of five days I had numerous showings and several more offers including a incredible cash offer for more than I could imagine. In less than three weeks from beginning to close. I highly recommend her service, you can't go wrong!

I met Wendy by happen chance competing over a potential client who double booked us on a national real estate technology site. Most logic would lead you to believe this would turn into a nightmare showing for all parties. However, this accidental appointment was the most influential moment of my professional career. During the showing, I learned more from Wendy than I learned from my brokerage in my first 3 years in the business. Wendy took the lead and graciously handled the situation. The client did not buy that home or the following 14 others but, did eventually close on a home in an extremely difficult buyers market. Wendy did not have too but she still sent my Broker a referral fee for that closing. Then and now Wendy has consistently been generous, honest, and knowledgeable in business and in life. I am lucky to have met Wendy and call her my friend.

I had a horrific experience working with Wendy years ago. I was living in VA but looking to buy a home in Columbus. A close friend scouted out a home Wendy was selling, and I made arrangements to rush to town to explore the property. Wendy rushed me through viewing the property, more concerned about the fact that the owners with a newborn were anxious to get back home than with letting me take the time I needed to decide if I wanted to buy .Then she pressured me to pay honest $ to secure purchase even though I had just driven a gazillion miles to see it on speculation, and she was so up In my face that I could barely focus on whether the house met my needs or not. I had to call my attorney while I was meeting with her, and during that call, she shouted into the phone that I was lying! She presented as totally crazed, shouting into the phone, just incredibly bizarre behavior. I had a friend with me who can attest to her behavior. I walked away from that same, not because the home didnt suit my needs but because when I learned that Wendy lived on the same block, I knew I didnt want to live anywhere near this lunatic. K

Ms. Hansel went above and beyond! She negotiated with the seller by taking the time to care that we were buying a home at the fairest price possible. She stayed in communication with us and assured that the bank had all documents needed. She made herself available to answer any questions or  concerns we had about buying our home. She was always professional, honest, ethical and very informative during the entire process. We would highly recommend her as your home buying or selling agent.
