        ODH is the worst healthcare organization I have ever encountered. They waste your time with surveys that last 5 days only to come up with no citations. Some of their employees brag about how much OT they get milking the system and others will tell you straight up how awful it is to work for ODH but are close to retirement and dont want to start over somewhere else for 2-3 years.
