Excellent Company I have been living under this management company for 4 years and have had some bumps in my personal life. But Yari and his team has been empathetic, and compassion through it all. Never live under a management company that works with there clients. This team make sure their property are safe, clean, and maintained to the best standard possible. I desire to stay with them until I can purchase a home of my own. I will forever be grateful for their support.

Swiss property management is by far the best property management I have worked with. They are always understanding and very patient . They are amazing and I have come so far with them , they helped me find a great home for me and my children . I would highly recommend for anyone to work with Swiss property management group. They are very flexible , Took me no time and worked around my schedule and my kids love it there lol. Awesome customer service as well. Thank you for all that you have done to help .

First time moving to a different state and it was a very nice and interesting process looking and finding an apartments. But Swiss management made it easy and understandable for me a person who had never been in a different state. Thankful for everyone who is part of the Swiss management team because the are very understanding and helpful.

Extremely predatory landlord. Raised our rent by 16% two years in a row while refusing to make necessary improvements. Put trash collection bills in our name despite the lease saying it is not our responsibility. Our 3-bedroom house has one fire alarm. DO NOT RENT.
