I wish I can give a lower score. The customer service is awful, you wait on hold for hours for them to transfer you to the wrong department. I lived at my property for two years and they never fixed the raccoon infestation. Raccoons are mating and urinating in walls and on the ceiling. Problems wasnt resolved yet. I dont recommend this property for anyone. They dont not care about their customers. Disgraceful!

The best part of our experience with Progress Rentals has been our Rental Manager, Danielle Edwards (Hilliard, OH). I called the hotline with questions on a Sunday. At 7am Monday Morning, Danielle called me, introduced herself, and answered all of my questions. We moved from out of state, and needed a virtual tour of the place. Danielle was proactive and made a point to Personally provide the video tour. Since then, she has been a tremendous help throughout the entire process. We look forward to working with her while renting through Progress.

No reason on why my application kept getting denied even with a co-signer, feel like I was taken advantage of for application fees. They just tell you its an overall score but never tell you why. If you dont have absolute perfect 900 credit score dont waste your time.

Our water has smelled like rotten eggs for over a month. Instead of fixing it they just send another contractor to get another free estimate to create the illusion theyre fixing the problem. We email for updates and get told our problem is solved?! They mow just cancel my service requests instead of sending someone out.
