So I finally moved in We are full swing in Winter right now. Supposed to get hammered with snow this weekend. And my baseboard heaters are short cycling. Short Cycling is practically like an engine turning over but never staying on. My electric bill for December due to this was 340. The low for the majority of next week is in the SINGLE DIGITS, I've created a maintenance request last week, heard nothing. I've contacted the MAIN OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES and have been out on hold for Tabitha, the head of maintenance each time, and she's either not in, or on a call with someone else. If my pipes burst next week I WILL MAKE SURE I AM NOT AT FAULT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HARD WORKING TENANTS!

I am so very thankful to have found this property management. My family and I are super excited to move into our new single family with 3 brs a backyard and unfinished basement for an affordable price! Thank you again for the pleasant experience I look forward to continuing renting and possible purchasing a home from All County Neo!!!
