Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end. First, they screwed up the pricing on their website on an item. I thought I had found a good deal on a float coat just to receive an email the next day saying they were unable to honor the price. OK, fine. I'll pay the difference. So then I wait for the item to arrive just to receive it - and realize they shipped the wrong size! I have to specifically ask them to cover return shipping due to their mistake. At this point, I'm not confident of their capabilities as a business, so I ask for a refund on the returned item. They are now refusing to issue it! They've acknowledged they owe me the money, they acknowledge they received the item - but are now somehow convinced (and refuse to listen to anything to the contrary) that I filed a dispute on my credit card. While I can imagine anyone dealing with Lynn probably would need to go that route to stop the madness, I have not disputed the charge and have submitted proof of no claims. Now he's telling me I need to wait for a refund until next Tuesday (two weeks after they received the returned coat) for him to show me a letter that proves I filed a dispute. Oy vey - I'm interested to see what this letter says because God knows, it has nothing to do with any dispute I filed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
