Iacono's Pizza & Restaurant

We purchased the chicken parmigiana and the cheese ravioli with meatballs. NOTHING was seasoned, the mushroom tasted like they came out of the can and we watched them pull the bread out of a package and ball it up in foil.. the food was just not good. The service was excellent! The food was done before the expected time and when we picked up our order the gent was very nice.

This place use to be so good. I purchased a large pizza today. and it was burnt. The crust was also different. It wasnt flakey. I called the manager, and told him about it. I told him I wasnt looking for anything. He told me the ovens were running hot, but they turned them down. I wanted to ask him why wouldnt they just remake it since they knew about it. However, I didnt bother. Whats the point. Hate to have a business go an extra step to make a customer happy.

Not a fair review as we couldn't eat there as we were from 30+ miles away from home and wanted Iaconos pizza, but we didn't want to eat it in our car. The dining room was closed.
