Absolutely worst experience ever in the last 2 weeks these people are rude, disrespectful, give wrong orders, and then Cynthia the manager argues that there is no way i got wrong order, and states she done with it and refuses to answer phone calls anymore. My daughter had to go both times to pick up correct items , when i paid delivery fee and tip and they told me if i wanted the correct order delivered i would have pay delivery charge again and that this timr she and they would make sure it takes 3 hours to get it. So when daughter goes to pick up new order, Cynthia would not talk to her, and my daughter took photos of all employees Not wearing Masks nor were they wearing Gloves while preparing food. These pictures are going to The Health Department as well as Corporate and BBB. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND I AM TAKING THIS AS FAR AS I CAN. UNSANITARY CONDTIIONS MAKING PEOPLE'S FOOD IS VERY SERIOUS AND THEY CAN AND SURE THEY WILL GET FINED IF NOT CLOSED. I HAVE ALREADY CALLED CORPORATE, HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND BBB, LEFT MESSAGES FOR ALL TO CALL ME ASAP . WORST AND MOST UNSANITARY PEOPLE AND CONDITIONS AT THIS STORE!! Well its the next day and again i try calling to speak to someone and nothing. I have called Corporate and Health Department and left messages of the horrible experience and Unsanitary conditions . I refused to eat my food knowing employees do not wear gloves while preparing foid and who lnows they probably did something or put something in my food. My daughter has sent the pictures in an email to the Ohio health department and Franklin county health department and county food services. WELL ORDERED AGAIN AND HORRIBLE SERVICE AS USUAL. CYNTHIA IS TERRIBLE SHE IS RUDE AND LIES TO TRY TO LOOK GOOD. THEY REALLY SHOULD HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT Really should be able to give negative i order from here alot. My daughter is vegetarian and we ordered a pizza with pickles and xtra pickles AND THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WE GET THE PIZZA AND WE HAVE 0 PICKLES AND I PAID FOR THEM.

$75 order delivered. Tipped very well! Wrong pizza, and it was burnt! Called back sat on hold for 10 minutes. Got hung up on. Had to drive to the store. Wait another 20 minutes for them to remake the pizza and no apology!!!! I guess this is how Donatos treats their customers!

Don't order from here. I have photo evidence of NONE of the team members wearing gloves or masks while preparing food, not even Cynthia the manager. We also ordered and got the wrong order and Cynthia tried arguing that wasn't true. I took the order back as proof and Cynthia wouldn't even speak to me. Worst experience ever.

Ive tried this location twice and Ive been displeased both times. I arrived at the estimated pick up time. Drive home, which Is also right off Appian Way, so 4 mins max. Open the pizza box to find cold pizza. I dont know if the time estimates are just bad but thats unacceptable. Who wants to pay for cold pizza?

I LOVE Donatos, when it's done right. Normally it is a high quality product & that's how I justify spending $23.64 for a "Serious cheese" pizza to be delivered. Today, it was a major disappointment. Delivery was promised for 4:10 pm (55 minute wait) which is already a LONG time. I got frustrated and called to enquire about why my food hadn't arrived after my 4:15 email notification said it was on the way. I hung up with the restaurant after being told "we had a set back and are behind about 45 minutes". No apology, no type of resolution, just matter of fact. When I was handed my pizza, it looked disheveled. The "extra cheese" clearly wasn't applied. It was room temperature at best. So, at 1 hour 25 minutes, I had a pizza that wasn't worth the box it came in.
