Pizza Hut - Closed

I want the world to know, today I buried my daughter and after a horrible day, all we wanted was to set down and have a meal together as a family. So sadly we chose to order from @pizzahut and placed 112.00 order. We placed the order THROUGH the Pizza Hut app, and paid for our meal. Two and a half hours later, we got NO FOOD. We started calling and was on the phone for 20 mins at a time, getting hung up on so we drove to Pizza Hut on South High street in columbus Ohio. THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND TOLD US TO DEAL WITH DOOR DASH.. what??????? They said SAID they called a LADY (who) and they said cancel the order. They didnt call us?? They had our PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!! So the manager churning her chin like she was cracked out on something told us it was cancelled and to reorder what??????? You HAVE ALREADY TAKEN OUR MONEY. So here we set, grieving and broken heart,,,, starving and THEY DONT CARE so now we have to figure out what to do STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered thru door dash a personal pizza with extra cheese, I received just the box with the receipt slapped on top, greasy box and no bag, no napkins. Complete disregard for safety.

If I could give negative stars for this place I would. 2 times in a row they have screwed up our order, and pizzas had to be remade, and the first time was 45 minutes LATER THAN THE PICKUP TIME and this last time was OVER AN OVER PAST THE PICKUP TIME. Customer service was terrible, Employees sing fowl language, and just incredibly rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!
