        C (calling her C but if you know, you know) cannot be on drive-thru duty. Im seriously going to change pharmacies for this reason. Its not an age thing, its a general competence thing. Its been years at this point.

        One of the pharmacy techs literally takes 4X the amount of time to help a customer that is necessary. Every time we get in the drive through line to pick up a prescription, I pray this particular person is not working. Even my kids have started asking when it is taking a ridiculous amount of time Is it the old lady working? Someone needs to address this issue ASAP. Its been ongoing for over a year now.
