    Had their services for years, recently had ant issues around the kitchen sink. Had 2 warranty services done with no impact to the problem. Scheduled a third warranty service, no one showed on the day of. Texted the service number toward the end of the day to see if anyone was still coming, I was asked if the next day worked. I said yes, but no additional reply from the representative. Called in next day, apparently nothing had been scheduled. Talked to the account representative to cancel my services, I was told that ant issues usually require a monthly treatment to properly address. I would've appreciated this advice from any of the 2 previous warranty service techs, and not my account representative before I cancel my services. I'm not sure why I use a pest control company regularly if I'm not going to get the treatment I need when I actually do have a problem. Absolutely do not recommend

    Very poor. This is a typical door to door company that is as greedy as they come. I had 2 services remaining, and was moving to a new property where I let them know I may use their service again in the future, but with renovations, we were going to put pest control on hold for a while. Regardless, they were QUICK to get their $171.00 cancellation fee, letting me know that they are not willing to do anything with it. The service at the new property will certainly not be with these people. The only recommendation Id say to a homeowner about this company is to run. Customer service goes a long way. You can make money and do business right by the consumer. This is just not one of those companies.

    Please heed my words: Do not use this companys services. They are a cesspool of unethical behavior, with pushy door-to-door salespeople, and rude customer service agents. Ironically, they are a pest control company, but when they descend on your area with their door to door sales tactics, youll confuse them with the very pests you are trying to eradicate. Companies like this drag down the public faith in business. They are a large company, and specifically their operations in the Columbus, Ohio area are a massive problem, Marysville in particular. Other reviews on Google read much like mine. I do not want you to go through what my family went through. I did not check Google before signing up for their service and will not make that mistake again. We were introduced to Moxie after a young salesman visited my house multiple times in one day. My wife asked him to come back later, and although he kept trying to push her into a sales pitch, he agreed to come back before dinner. Instead, he came back an hour late when we were putting my kids to bed. When he came back, he again was pushy with me, and became aggressive after I said I was hesitant. I told him that I was being considered for a new job, which would relocate me out of the area and I didnt want to sign up since there was a cancellation fee. Instead, he told me that Moxie was a big company with locations all over, and they would work through this with me if they didnt have an office where I was moving. That turned out to be a lie, and they are now charging me a cancellation fee. Months later, a saleswoman came to my house on a little hoverboard right before we were moving. I told her I was moving and asked her to cancel the next service. She said Unacceptable (admittedly in a joking way), but instead said she would have someone call to get the service relocated to my new area (again, they dont have service in my area). No one ever called, and they tried to service the house after I moved. I had to cancel again so they didnt enter the new homeowners property unannounced. After one month, a customer service representative finally called. He was rude, interrupted me multiple times, and became aggressive when I tried to have a conversation with him. I was right in the middle of the workday and could not get into an argument with him. Moxie attempted to run my card, but they didnt have an updated expiration date. So when I received a request for updated info, I felt guilty that I submitted to their pressure, and I requested a company representative contact me so I can share how I feel my family has been treated unfairly. Two times Ive emailed and Ive yet to receive a call, only repeated automatic requests for updated payment. My belief is that this situation played out exactly how they intended it to go. Please do not engage with this company. There are other businesses who deserve your business and will do right by you. This is not one of them and given the consistency of aggressiveness and rudeness from company reps, I believe these traits are incentivized by company leadership.

    If I could give them zero I would. Customer service from the supervisor was horrible. He was too sassy and too worried about being right than about what I was actually calling for. Called to cancel as they keep popping up even when Im not available. Instead of addressing that issue, he wanted to talk about them fixing an earlier issue of them missing appointments. Do better learn to fix the customers issues instead of always feeling like you have to get the last word or get smart with a customer. Ive never in my life spoken to someone who had this kind matter-of-fact attitude.
