    I have been training with Rachel remotely for nearly 2.5 years and she has truly changed my life. She has help me develop a better relationship with food, changed my mindset around moving my body and has remained supportive and accessible if I ever need her. In a world where quick fixes are shoved down our throats, she teaches you the importance of balanced meals and movement in a sustainable way through consistency and dedication. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She is truly the best at what she does and Im so thankful to her.

    I had barely lifted a weight, counted a calorie or made a healthy meal before I started working with Rachel. I was scared but I was exhausted of not seeing real results on my own. I was a runner but not getting bang for my buck out of my jogs when it came to losing weight. I used UberEats daily. I chose to work with Rachel after doing a trial run because I loved the one-on-one strength training. I needed a lot of repetition to get the workouts down and I am still doing so today. She never laughs or makes me feel silly. She knows her stuff but is FAR from intimidating with her clients, taking deep care to meet them where they are, understand their goals and get them where they want to be. She offers numerous different time slots and will often make arrangements if something comes up. One time she came in on her off morning to accommodate me. Rachel is not going to sugarcoat your weekly video check-ins - shes given me some tough love after reviewing my diet - but she will treat you will the utmost empathy and respect. She is a busy mom and gets it. Rachel is also a great listener and will help find healthy alternatives so you dont feel constricted by any of this. Rachel is available almost 24/7 and cares deeply about her clients. She has always gotten back to me within an hour or two at most. I will send her pictures of menus at restaurants or nutrition labels at the grocery store and shell help me make choices. I love her approach: everything in life is about balance but we must make some consistent, intentional, realistic changes if we want to accomplish our goals. In less than two months, Ive lost more than 10 pounds and her 3-D scan machine has helped me see the impact of improved diet and exercise on body fat. Its really the coolest thing - something I never thought Id be able to do - and I feel like I have a wellness advocate every day! Thanks Rachel.

She creates daily workouts that fit my fitness level, with the ability to push me to the next. The app she uses is perfect for keeping track of my workouts, reps, and weight levels. She is highly responsive with questions, great at giving direction, and being my hype person. Her knowledge of the body and muscles, along with exercises, is vast. Her approach to wellness works excellently for me as a busy mom of two active boys who also works full-time. Her meal planning was a huge help to me in figuring out how much I needed to eat to be healthy. Everyone would benefit from having Rachel in their corner as they work to improve their health.
