The owner of this company, BRUCE, has to be one of the RUDEST people I have ever encountered. His company was hired for a divorce case and we worked with Heidi. Heidi was so great! Very nice and personable. We told her that the divorce would most likely settle the week of the court case and our lawyer Emailed her officially 2 days prior to the court case, calling it off. Heidi said the company would refund $1200 of the $1500 we had to pay ahead of time for the in person hearing. (This was on top of the $1500 already paid for the report).
Over a month later we still didnt receive the refund. I emailed and Heidi said everything has to go through BRUCE. She suggested I email him as she has checked on it several times. I emailed the owner and received a very stern response that since the cancellation was within the 48 hour limit. I decided to give him a call so he could understand the situation and know what my conversation with Heidi was. This is where I was STUNNED! When he answered the phone, he immediately started talking down to me in a Loud, stern voice. Wouldnt let me talk. When I asked him if I could talk, he said why dont you just listen? Again, STUNNED!!!I I said I have been listening, but would like to explain the situation and the communication with Heidi, since she was the person we dealt with. He continued YELLING at me and insisting that since we emailed 2 days before, he is keeping $1500 and we should just be happy for the work they did for us. I explained that upon cancelling, Heidi said there would be a refund of $1200. He said WELL HEIDI IS WRONG!!!
He is the most overbearing person and just wants to shut you up. He doesnt care about his clients and certainly IS willing to nickel and dime people in need and not give two thoughts more about it. If this type of personality is one you dont want to deal with, Id highly suggest using another company.
