the thing is, if it really was this specific location you could've brought it back with your receipt THE VERY SAME DAY YOU PURCHASED AND FOUND OUT WASNT WORKING you literally could've brought it back and i would have refunded your money entirely and took the item back. that's how much of a honest person i am and that's in lieu of the Levs Pawn Shop no return policy. but yet here you are posting negatively when you could've literally brought it in, called, something. but you did nothing and write a bad review. thats what i dont respect with you. on top of alll that did you make sure to request that it works? if you still would like to fix this issue, I will buy it back for up to half the money if you bring me the receipt and all the information to it matches. if not then take your ignorance somewhere else as I'm too nice of a person and go so far out of the way to help others. have a nice day.
