      When you buy something off of Amazon, use it, get it dirty, and even put your name on the product with a Sharpie and want to return it, we have no other option but to charge a restocking fee. We are a small company and can not stay in business by letting customers buy a product, use it and practically destroy it, and give them a full refund.
