        The technician / staff / pt there are all amazing! I took my son to the first evaluation, and was super nervous thinking about he needs helmet and it would be hard to get him to wear it etc. the technician there actually told us he didn’t need one instead of trying to sell us into it. Because I totally would have fall for that. It’s really amazing they care about the true needs and we’re really considerate and explaining parents concerns.

        My son had his last appointment today at the Columbus, Ohio location. It was so bittersweet. We are so happy that he has graduated and that his head has turned out amazing! But also sad because we loved all of the staff and everyone we've came acrossed. We worked with Lauren and we couldn't have had a better experience. She was so helpful and always making sure my son was comfortable and that everything was the way it should be. I can not say enough good things about this office and the doc band!
