Had an appointment today for a pressure check, simple appointment, the intern checks my eye pressure on the machine and says the dr has more to do, but dr took back the patient that was there for a full visit first, I waited but since it was 15 minutes past my appointment when I asked if dr was running behind I was told by front person I should have been seen first since my appointment was faster, waited 20 minutes past appointment and left as I had other things to do. Then dr calls me 30 mins past appointment leaving me a VM stating to call her back to discuss results, I called back and stated so you made me wait just to discuss the results of a test your intern did? She said no half of the test needs to be done by me and you need to return, I told her I had to leave as my appointment was 30 minutes ago and wont be returning and the appointment is canceled as far as I am concerned and that she does not have my permission to charge my insurance for anything regarding this visit!

Being a first time patient is always a bit daunting. However, Dr. Beal was very welcoming. I felt I received a very thorough exam. She listened to my concerns and recommended what she felt would be right for me. The hardest part was picking out frames! But with the Esthers help was able to pick out frames finally! Over all, a very pleasant and hassle free experience.
