Best experience I've had with an Ohio optometrist was at the Easton Visionworks. I had three pair of glasses made - everyday (with transition), evening (with yellow tint) and a pair for using the computer (also yellow tint). All three were perfect first time. The store is professionally run and staffed by a brilliant team who are there to make sure you get everything you need. I recommend you save time and go here first. Wish they would have told me that they do not order contacts at their place. Now I have to go and look for another Vision work and get contacts from them and at who knows where. And I feel like they didn't do a good job examining my eyes. In and out 10 mins. too fast.

I came in expecting having a difficult time finding the right pair of glasses. Instead, Christina was very kind and helpful in making me feel welcome and finding a pair that suit my needs. I love my experience so much that I went ahead and bought 2 pairs! I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

I've been trying to get a hold of the doctor for like the last 2 weeks to order new set of contacts. Every time I call he's either not working for the day and or week or he's out to lunch. I've told them recently twice to have him call me back but I guess those messages get lost somewhere because I haven't received any calls. This "office" has good business hours but what's the point if the doctor only works no more than 3 hours a day. Terrible customer service. Starting the new year I'm looking elsewhere for and eye doctor. Don't get me wrong the doctor is a great person but his business is not. They've just lost a customer. Edit: so called again today Dec 21,2017... Asked for the doctor... "Doctor won't be back until January". Again what's the point of a eye place if the eye doctor is NEVER in. I do NOT recommend this company! All nicey nice to get the sale then when there is a problem with the glasses the salesman turned into a complete dick. Cut me off before I even finished explaining the problem with the glasses. I couldnt read out of them, one pair i could read if I pressed them up against my head and looked out of the very bottom, still could not read anything small. The other pair i could not read anything. The jerk said the glasses were made to my perscription so it was my Drs fault.... if thats true why were the glasses DIFFERENT?? He did not want to hear they were made wrong. He was abrupt and nasty and said hed return my money thankfully. There is more to this resolve but bottom line is the do shoddy eyeglass grounding. Sales people are trained to cover for it, its always the Drs fault who did the exam. Liars. I want to give them minus stars! I do NOT recommend this company!
