I have bought multiple pairs of glasses here. I would like to look around in here more often, but every time I come in this store it's blazing hot and can't shop. Please make your store a comfortable temperature for shopping.

Purchased glasses for my husband who required progressive lenses as he is nearsighted & has astigmatism. Glasses never were right even after several visits. He went to a major competitor to have his eyes reexamined and had new glasses made. The script was off from Warby Parker as were the measurements for his line of sight for the bifocals. Warby may be good for single vision wearers but if you need progressive lenses I suggest you go somewhere else.

Glasses for my son. The customer service was A1. Felt welcomed as soon as we entered. Didn't have to wait for help. Answered all my questions. Great prices. It was kind of fun, and it didn't take all day.

Vi and Simone were so incredibly welcoming and kind! Ive never tried Warby Parker, but needed glasses before my usual annual visit. The store is tidy, modern, and open. I loved the selection and the price. Excited to get my frames (chosen on Simones recommendation!) in the mail.
