Dr. Richard Wilkerson O.D.

I had an appt scheduled for 9:45 AM today; arrived at 9:30; was still sitting there at 10:45 AM. No info on when I was going to be seen. I had another Doctors appt scheduled for 12 noon, so I could not wait, as I dont think Dr Wilkerson could have finished an exam in time for me to get to my next appt. Frustrating because I had taken the day off work to cover both appointments. I will look for a new place to go. Ginny H.

I had a great experience with Dr. Wilkerson. I was feeling nervous about my first eye exam in a long time, and I appreciated how he took the time to kindly explain each step of the process.

Dr. Wilkerson is FANTASTIC! From the first time I visited his office, I was nothing short of impressed. Not only was he friendly and personable, but he provided resolution to all of the problems I was experiencing with my eyes! Anytime I have a question for him, he takes the time to listen and provide a detailed answer. During an exam, he explains everything thoroughly from start to finish, asks your opinion when it's most important, and helps you feel relaxed by making a personal connection. If you're looking for an optometrist in the Columbus area, look no further!

Wow... those are NOT the hours of operation for business within this building. However, if you would so kindly consider changing the hours of business to this schedule, by all means PLEASE do so. :) Regards, Disgruntled Employee
