Ebony is super nice and understanding. I had dropped my vehicle off at 9 am I got a call by 11 am to tell me about my vehicle. They couldn't take care of my certain situation but she did recommend a place that could help. And because of that, I was able to get a fee waived. Small shop but fantastic customer service and repairs were affordable. When I heard some extra rattling there was no problem bringing it back in for an extra test drive. They are also pretty modern for a small shop. Everything was done electronically and by email. They addressed all my concerns and confirmed appointments over text which is great cause aint nobody trying to talk on the phone in 2023. Highly recommend the shop. I had a check engine light on in my truck. I knew it was something with the evap system. Over the course of a year or two, I had made several repairs based on the error codes (a couple solenoid purge valves, a new gas cap, etc). The light would go off for a while, but then light back up within a few weeks. Eventually it was getting hard to start, so I took my truck to Turner. They found that there was a crack in the intake manifold, which a previous owner had tried to patch with epoxy, but that temporary fix was failing. That explains why I was having recurrent evap system problems. After quoting me on installation of a new intake manifold, they couldn't get the part right away and found a used one instead. I don't mind a used part, that saved me about $300. Pretty quick turnaround, too. Overall good experience, I would go back if having other mechanical issues.
